| The large sitting room is comfortably furnished and has a TV, music system and wood burning stove. A good sized kitchen-diner is well appointed with
all the modern conveniences you would expect. |

| Tom Doby's is centrally heated to ensure year-round comfort. Pleae note that the accomodation is non-smoking throughout. |

| Well behaved dogs are welcome and no charge is made for them. We ask you to limit your dog to the ground floor and bring suitable bedding. |
